Sherwood Inn Apartments

Sherwood Inn offers 41 one-bedroom and 9 two-bedroom units reserved for elderly and disabled residents. Rent is income-based (under $25K/year), with all utilities included. Amenities include on-site coin-op laundry, parking (on-/off-site), and full-time on-site management.

Livingston Cottages

This tiny-home community features ten units (seven 1 BR/1 BA, five 2 BR/2 BA) for low-income residents. Rents are $750/month for 1 BR and $900/month for 2 BR, covering water, sewer, and trash. Tenants pay for electricity, TV, and internet. Units include private stackable washer/dryer; parking is available, but no on-site management.

Miles Building Apartments

Miles Building provides 40 studio (350 sq ft) and 1 BR (450 sq ft) units for elderly and disabled tenants. Rent is income-based and includes utilities. On-site management, coin-op laundry, and a community room support resident needs.

Summit Place Apartments

Reserved for individuals with mental disabilities, Summit Place offers seven 1 BR/1 BA units (576 sq ft). Amenities include utilities in rent, off-street parking, individual patio entrances, on-site laundry, a community room, and a large yard.

Castle Mountain Apartments
