CONNECT TO SUPPORTIVE HOUSING

At HRDC, we believe everyone deserves a safe place to call home. Our supportive housing programs combine stable housing with personalized services to help residents regain stability and work toward long-term goals. Whether it’s a young adult aging out of foster care or a family rebuilding after crisis, our programs are designed to meet people where they are and help them move forward.

Wheat Suites - Supportive Housing for Families

Wheat Suites provides supportive housing for families with children under the age of 18. These fully furnished units offer a stable, nurturing environment where families can focus on achieving self-sufficiency. Residents receive access to wraparound support such as case management, parenting resources, and referrals to childcare, education, and employment services.

Blueprint Continuum - Supportive Housing for Young Adults

Blueprint Continuum offers supportive housing, resource navigation, case management, and rental assistance for young adults ages 16–24 who are experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Many participants are aging out of foster care, fleeing unsafe situations, or navigating early adulthood without a safety net. Residents live in shared or individual units and receive one-on-one case management, life skills coaching, and access to education and employment support. The program fosters independence while offering the consistency and community many young adults need to thrive.

Housing First Village – Housing for Chronically Unhoused Individuals

Housing First Village provides permanent, low-barrier supportive housing for individuals who have experienced chronic homelessness. This intentionally designed neighborhood includes private, energy-efficient tiny homes, shared facilities, and a strong sense of community. Residents are not required to meet prerequisites like sobriety or employment to move in, but are offered ongoing access to case management, physical and mental healthcare, substance use support, and job readiness services.
