The TYDE Job Shadowing Program allows 8th graders to follow in the footsteps of someone working in a career that fits their interests for a day. It's a great way for them to explore and expand their goals, and it also provides a great introduction to the workplace environment. Every year TYDE is helping kids ask themselves the age-old question: "what do you want to be when you grow up?"
