Community Care Bus
A partnership outreach with HRDC, Bozeman Deaconess Hospital, Gallatin-City County Health Department, and Community Health Partners.The Community Care Bus has joined forces to bring health, nutrition, and human services to our local communities and will offer:
Emergency Food Assistance: Food Boxes and information on other nutritional programs available through the Gallatin Valley Food Bank and other area partner food banks/pantries.
