Inspiring community since 1975

Community development is the process through which residents and community stakeholders join the HRDC in developing physical and social assets.  The goal is to build and sustain healthy communities through the production of affordable housing, the construction of community facilities, and the development of social programs which educate and support families and individuals.

At present, HRDC is involved in two community development projects:

  1. White Sulphur Springs, to provide 10 affordable housing units for senior and disabled populations
  2. The Bus Barn, to provide vehicle storage, maintenance facilities, and office space for Streamline Transit and the City of Bozeman
