Resource Property Management (RPM) was established in 1995 as a result of the HRDC addressing the need for affordable housing in Gallatin and Park Counties. RPM now manages more than 300 affordable housing units. Tenant Selection Criteria
Two positive references – preferably rental references
If late payments have been incurred within the last 2 years, they need to be offset with good or no recent credit incidents.
Preferably no collections history, with good credit exceeding negative.
If collections and late payments have been incurred, the good credit will need to outweigh the bad.
Special consideration provided for credit incidents relating to medical expenses.
No drug or violent crimes
Misdemeanors evaluated on a case by case basis, depending on offense

Applications are available below, at each individual property, by calling RPM (406) 582-1653 or you can pick up an application at our offices 32 S. Tracy Ave Bozeman, MT.
Following completion of the application please return it to the HRDC office for processing.
Photo identification for all adults, verification of citizenship, and verification of social security number and income are required.
All units require a security deposit. The amount of deposit required varies by apartment. Security deposits may be made in three installments.
All renters will sign a one year lease. After the initial term is completed, the agreement will renew annually and continue for successive terms of one year.
